Mediation

Mediation is a cooperative process that helps people resolve conflicts outside of court. With the guidance of a neutral mediator, both parties have the opportunity to openly share perspectives, explore solutions, and work toward an agreement that meets everyone's needs. Unlike a judge or arbitrator, the mediator does not decide outcomes or provide legal counsel. Mediation is not legally binding unless an agreement is signed by both parties in writing.

Arbitration

Arbitration is a private and efficient way to resolve disputes outside the courtroom. In this process, a neutral third party, called an arbitrator, hears evidence and arguments from both parties and then issues a binding decision. Unlike traditional litigation, arbitration is typically faster, more cost-effective, and less formal, while still providing a structured process for fair resolution. Arbitration offers your clients more privacy and flexibility than a public trial.
